How do I prepare the Balance Rinse?

The Balance Rinse comes as two bottles — a small Base bottle and a larger Rinse bottle. Before your first use, pour the contents of the small Base bottle into the larger Rinse bottle and shake gently to combine. This makes your 120ml ready-to-use mix. Use once or twice a week as directed on the packaging.

Why do I need both a Starter Kit and a Refill Kit?

The Starter Kit contains your first month's supply plus a tongue cleaner. The Refill Kit contains your second month's supply.
