Your KForce Kit instructions show the routine for your system. Start with the 2-Day Detox, then follow the ongoing routine shown for your kit. Use the instructions above whenever you need a refresher.
For the Bad Breath Starter / Refill Kit, that means 2-Day Detox → 5-Day Maintenance → repeat the cycle. For the Complete Dry Mouth System, it means 2-Day Detox → ongoing daily KForce hygiene, with dry-mouth support products used as needed.
Use Balance Rinse in the morning as part of your KForce routine. If you’re following the 2-Day Detox, use it morning and evening for those first two days. Always tongue clean after rinsing.
Use 5 mL of activated Balance Rinse each time. Rinse thoroughly for 60 seconds, then spit it out. Tongue clean afterwards.
Use Day Rinse during the day as needed to help maintain fresh breath between your morning and evening KForce routines. Tongue clean after using Day Rinse.
Tongue clean after every rinse and toothpaste step in your KForce routine. You can also clean your tongue as often as needed during the day to help keep your mouth feeling fresh.
Once you finish your 2-Day Detox and 5-Day Maintenance cycle, simply repeat the 5-Day Maintenance cycle to continue your KForce routine.
Replace the product as needed and continue with your normal KForce routine. You don’t need to restart the 2-Day Detox just because one product runs out.
