WHAT CAUSES BAD BREATH
Bad Breath is a simple metabolic equation. Bacteria break down proteins and release smelly sulphur waste. These proteins are 90% in coatings allowed to build up in the mouth, and only 10% in foods we eat:
1. Proteins are in coatings that build up daily on the tongue surface, teeth and gums, and between the teeth, as well as in mucous at the back of the throat. So we need to constantly remove these coatings.
2. Diets high in proteins can also directly affect Bad Breath. Proteins such as dairy, which includes milk and cheese will increase bad breath and will thicken mucous at the back of the throat which in turn breaks down to bad breath.
