FESS NASAL SPRAY is a drug free, buffered isotonic saline solution with an alkaline pH that provides relief from most forms of nasal congestion. Fess comes in both original saline formulation and the new Eucalyptus formulation.

Fess thins nasal mucus and moisturizes dry nasal passages, making it easier for the nasal and sinus tissues to clear. The alkaline pH of FESS causes mucus to break down fast and improves breathing. By clearing the nasal passages of excess mucus, FESS improves breathing and promotes "Mucocilliary flow", which is the body's natural cleansing system. When this clearing mechanism is impaired, it is usually associated with respiratory ailments such as sinusitis and bronchitis. The pure natural saline solution of FESS makes it safe for use by infants and by mothers during pregnancy. However the Eucalyptus formula should only be used by children over 10 years of age. Unlike medicated decongestant sprays, FESS can be used as often as required and will not burn or sting delicate nasal membranes.

FESS is also excellent for addition to the Rinoflow machine. This machine vaporizes the saline solution to make penetration into the nasal cavities easier. We have seen excellent results from subjects who have used it.
